Phillip Lawrence started his career in the trades building Adirondack furniture at 16 years old. He started working in residential construction and remodeling shortly after. Phil’s passion for building led him to start 4th Generation Carpentry in 2011. His focus on high quality carpentry created his reputation for projects that met customer budgets while exceeding expectations. Phil specializes in spray foam insulation, plumbing, carpentry and project management.
Mark Foster grew up around construction. He worked in a variety of fields before deciding to start Foster’s General Contracting. Mark is a dedicated craftsman who takes pride in the quality of his work. He can often be found doing work in some of the smallest, dirtiest places in a home. Mark Foster is our lead insulation installer, electrical expert and a talented carpenter.
Noah Lawrence discovered his passion for the science of building in 2016 while completing a bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Energy Management from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. In 2018 Noah got certified as a building analyst and envelope professional from the Building Performance Institute. He joined Foster Lawrence Enterprises LLC in 2019 to bring building science and the house as a system approach to our projects. Noah is an insulation installer, energy efficiency and air-sealing expert.
